Born in India, Akash Barwal is a close disciple of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. For 23 years he has been travelling all around the world, bringing awareness to Yoga, Meditation and Breathing . His Knowledge has inspired state leaders, managers of lig companies and personalities from different fields to live a healthier life.
His Knowledge has inspired heads of state, manages of big companies and different personalities to lead healthier lives. In Latin America he has trained hundreds of instructors in meditation and breathing techniques. He has also taught these techniques in Middle Eastern countries working with peace programs of the Art of Living Foundation and the International Association for Human Values (AIVH).
