The moon has a profound impact on our lives. Whether we are celebrating a festival, starting an auspicious task, or meditating, we often consider the phase of the moon.
The moon has the power to move oceans, from high to low tide. The human body is made up of approximately 70% water and as such, the moon has a powerful effect on our body-mind-emotions. It is said that meditating during the full moon is between 100 to 1000 times more powerful. Taking this into account, we use the power of the full moon to deepen our meditation.
