5 days of detox and relaxation
FIRST CLASS
You will learn the techniques of pranayama (conscious breathing) that helps you for better sleep and relaxation of mind.
SECOND CLASS
It deepens postures, learns new breathing techniques and performs Dharana meditation (Effortless).
THIRD CLASS
It delves into the definition of Patanjali, founder of Yoga, "Yoga is to put a stop to the thoughts that arise in our minds".
Course Schedule
FOURTH CLASS
You learn bramhari breathing (the bee's breathing) and Panchakosha meditation (The 5 layers of existence).
FIFTH CLASS
We'll join Yoga master Swami Paramtej. Lots of fun with Yoga.
