Day 1
We experience the Sudarshan Kriya breathing technique and meditation, combined with discussions on the 7 levels of existence, nature of the mind and intellect, the effect of stress and how to eliminate it.
Day 2
We go deeper in the experience of one of the most powerful breathing techniques, the Sudarshan Kriya combined with gentle yoga asanas. We de-stress and cleanse at a deep level and learn practical tools for everyday life.
Day 3
We learn how to use the breathing techniques and meditation at home, and to apply the knowledge from this course in everyday life. You feel a deep connection with others and the deepest level of your own Being.
