In this free workshop you will learn the basics of stress-reducing meditation and breathing techniques that are taught in the Happiness Program.

Details of the course
Happiness Program Schedule
You'll learn breathing techniques that will give you a first hand experience of meditation, combined with discussions on the nature of the intellect, stress and how to best handle them both.
9:30 am - 3:30pm
Day 1
By doing our powerful breathing exercises and gentle yoga asanas, you'll go deeper into the cleansing process. Learn practical tools for everyday life in order to understand our emotions and how to best deal with them in order to achieve a happy and relaxed state of consciousness.
09:00 - 14:00 hrs.
Day 2
You'll learn a home practice so you can use the breathing techniques and meditation at home and how to incorporate the knowledge from the program in your everyday life.
